We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of these times but this will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please advise us of your expected arrival time so that we can ensure there is someone here to meet you.

Deposit

• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation is required.
• On enquiry, we will reserve your room and hold the booking for 48 hours.
• After 48 hours, should we not have received a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment, the reservation will be released and a new enquiry will need to be submitted.
• The responsibility of forwarding the proof of payment lies with the guest
• Balance of payment can be settled on arrival

Cancellation Policy

0 – 7 days	100% of deposit paid
8 – 14 days	50% of deposit paid

Whilst most guests fulfil their reservations and enjoy their stay with us, some simply do not arrive or cancel at the last minute. These situations leave us in an awkward position as, most of the time, we are unable to resell the room resulting in an economic loss. We trust that you will understand the need for a deposit and the motivation behind our cancellation policy.
